Litigation Management System provides a mean to manage the court cases, their status and priorities. Add reminders up update the lawyer and client about the cases upcoming notifications. User management is also provided in the Litigation Management System so multiple users have different access to the system simultaneously.

Group Management

User can create groups and assign access rights to user groups.

After successful login, administrator will click Group Management Link and accesses the Group Management Page to create user groups and assign Access Rights

 

User Management

User can create application users through this interface. After adding user groups, user will add application users from this interface.

 

Site Management

User can create, update and delete site information through this screen. Site is required for Case Management interface so before adding new cases Site Management should be done.

 

Lawyer Management

User can create, update and delete lawyer information through this screen

Lawyer is required for Case Management interface so before adding new cases Lawyer Management should be done

 

Court Management

User can create, update and delete court information through this screen

Court is required for Case Management interface so before adding new cases Court Management should be done

 

Case Management

User can enter case information as case title, set case priority, nature of suit, plaintiff, amount etc through this interface. Cases are created and later they will give email alerts to the related persons.

 

Manage Reminder

User can create, update and delete reminder and associate reminders with cases and users. Reminder works as an agent, it alerts the lawyer and clients with the upcoming case notifications and events

 

Case Summary

User can view all cases on this page, see the case status of cases and see the priority of cases showing in color codes and search cases on the basis of Case Title, Hearing Date, Court, City, Description, Lawyers and Case Status

 

Change Password

Admin can change his/her password through this screen
