Biometric Gym Management System, using Biometrics Finger Print Technology i.e. Digital Persona URU Sensor, is specially designed by considering the difficulties Gym Management usually faces in keeping track of the member dues, attendance and duration of targets to be achieved, thus helping in easily manage and maintain records of each and every member in a more secured and efficient manner.

1.       Solution requires a customer provided, our recommended, computer to control the USB Sensor

2.       One premises installation

3.       Registered Members – Number of registered members is not a limitation but speed of verification and verification time is, which depends on the SDK used

4.       Number of Authentications – Number of authentications allowed per licensed installation depends on the hardware capacity. Software has no constraint on the limit.

5.       Logins – Administrator for full access to Registration/Verification sections, both sections can be on Username/Password or on Finger Prints or without any authentication

6.       Gym information – Name, Address and Contact Details (Administrator mode only)

7.       Member Creation – Data entry of member through manual process – Inputs are restricted to Name, Member ID, Class, Contact Details, Blood Group, Major Disease, Major Accident and Fee Due Date (Administrator mode only)

8.       Member Finger Print registration – option of all 10 fingers with minimum 1 fingers registration. (Administrator mode only)

9.       Member De-activation – De-activating a member on leaving the Gym (Administrator mode only)

10.    Manual input of attendance – Entering manual attendance of both incoming and outgoing time (Administrator mode only)

11.    Verification Screen

 

·          Screen display can be in English or any desired language

·          Displays the Member ID with name on successful Verification.

·          Joining Details

·          Fee Details

·          Attendance List

·          Displays IN or OUT message on successful Verification

·          Displays ‘No Finger Registered’ message on unsuccessful Verification

·          Member will not be entertained within 1 minute of authentication for duplicate or erroneous attendance.

·          Verification Screen will only log the successful authentication in terms of ID and timestamp in the database.
